SEAPLANE RATING?

Texas Flight Aviation is testing the market to see if anyone would be interested in obtaining a seaplane rating. We are looking at putting a LA-4 200 Amphibian online if we can spark enough interest. The airplane we are looking at is IFR equipped and meets the requirements for both private and commercial land and sea operations. Please email Howard Davenport at howardd@txflight.com if you would be interested in flying this aircraft.

SECTIONAL CHART AND AIRSPACE SEMINAR
SATURDAY, JUNE 3RD, 10:00 AM TO 12:00 PM

Based on statistics, most practical tests are failed due to lack of knowledge on Airspace and Sectional Charts.  Texas Flight Aviation will once again offer this seminar on June 3rd from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Howard Davenport will be doing the presentation, and cost for the seminar is $20 per person.

Aerobatics Course and More!

Category : News

BREAKING NEWS
Do you know what would happen if you initiated full deflection of the controls of your airplane? Do you know what you would do if you wound up inverted at 500 ft behind a heavy jet on final approach because of wake turbulence? Do you REALLY know how to recover from a spin?
If you answered “No” to any of these questions, then here is your golden opportunity to become a better, safer pilot.  Texas Flight Aviation has acquired a fully aerobatic Bellanca Decathlon for tailwheel and aerobatic training. We are the ONLY flight school on the north side of Houston to offer this training with a professional aerobatic pilot with thousands of hours.
Why take this training –
1. Enhance stick and rudder skills

Texas Flight will offer the following courses –
1. Spin Training and endorsements
2. Tailwheel Transition Course and Endorsement
